Welcome to FlashFrame Studios. By accessing our website or using our video production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
FlashFrame Studios provides video production services including TikTok content creation, Instagram Reels, short-form advertising, and related video editing services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines and may incur additional fees.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final video content for their business purposes. FlashFrame Studios retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes may require a new project agreement.
Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, clients will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
FlashFrame Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose proprietary information without permission, except as required by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zamboanga City.
